CHANGES ON THE WEB-SITE
Transoil LLC (“ the Company”) announces the opening of a new section “Corporate governance” on its official web-site.
As part of efforts to increase the level of openness and business transparency, information about the structure of the corporate governance bodies, the members of the new Board of directors, as well as data about the auditors and the receivers of the charity initiatives of the Company were published in the new “Corporate governance” section.
Furthermore, the “Corporate governance” section contains information about the Company’s subsidiaries and dependent companies, as well as a list of the Licenses and Certificates that define the Company’s activities in the sphere of railway cargo transportation.
In 2011, the Company has focused on the issues of disclosing information about its corporate governance and decisions taken in this sphere along with the development of purchase transparency procedures.
